Fantastic experience and excellent service. I'm writing this review as a non client Joe at Balgores Brentwood is the agent for my buyer. Joe is polite, honest, professional and a genuinely lovely person. If he says he will get back to you, he will no matter how busy he is. He has a "get it done" attitude which is what you need when buying/selling a property. Joe kept me informed on the progress of my sale and how the chain was progressing. It wasn't the easiest at times but he remained positive. He was talking to everyone in the chain from the bottom to the top, which was me the non client. In my opinion every Estate Agent should have a Joe. I would definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood especially Joe 🙂 thank you for a job well done 👏 ☺️ I can't wait to put a face to the voice 🙂

Balgores have kept in touch with me ever since I bought a house through them over 5 years ago, as I told them at the time we were always planning on moving in a few years. Prior to instructing them on the sale of my current house in 2023 they have always been helpful and responded on any questions I had about the general market. We sold our house in an incredibly difficult market so I am very grateful for all the teams hard work. Michael in particular has been fantastic throughout the whole process. We decided to sell our property with Chancellors a few months ago and the experience from start to where we are now, where we finally had a really good offer that we accepted, has been amazing. Holly and the entire team have been really supportive, communicative, providing really good advice and kept us up to date the entire time. We were able to follow the market based on the advice that we were given. We had regular updates, consistent communication and all that was done around our time; I appreciate that we weren’t always easy to reach but Chancellors always kept trying. We are extremely excited that we’ve finally had an offer that we accepted and can proceed into the final stages and would definitely choose Chancellors again if we had to sell or even buy. Edited 01/08/23 - The original sale had fallen through due to being in a chain and one of the parties being unable to commit, the team did their best to re-market the house and we are now proceeding with a no chain buyer and hoping to complete as soon as humanly possible.
