I have had some pretty poor experiences with other providers and decided to move to the Bentons lettings team, having had a great experience buying our house through the company. I can not fault the customer experience I have had with them and it is a "breath of fresh air" knowing I can totally trust the team to manage my rental property. I have had a variety of issues from various tenants to a significant flood but nothing has been too much trouble for the team.
