My first time selling a property, Bentons were helpful and professional throughout the stressful process, from start to finish. Respond to emails quickly and make you feel comfortable to chat to. With it being my first time having to sell a property, i wasn't sure what to expect in the initial valuation processes etc. I had 4 different estate agents visit my property in the same day, and Richard was by far the best one to attend. He was professional and friendly, but did not act as 'salesperson' as the others in the slightest. He seemed genuinely interested in my property and getting me the best sale price as he believed it deserved.
