I approached Bentons (and other agents) in April 24 with a view to letting my property. I chose Bentons because they were well represented in my area, and understood the differences in marketing city/town properties and country properties. The friendly lettings team are specialised, extremely knowledgable and very well qualified. I feel like we are in good hands and I have chosen the best agency.

We sold our property in a very timely manner. This was due Bentons Marketing Skills and their guidance on the selling price. This brought a lot of potential buyers to view the property. Throughout the selling process the staff at Bentons were professional and friendly, in particular Melissa and James who provided sound advice in achieving our selling price.
