Ferndowns instantly stood out amongst other Estate Agents when I first approached them to let my property 4years ago. Their attention to detail, professionalism and good communication are the main reasons I chose them and continue to work with them year after year. I struggle to find any fault with the team as a whole! I am always kept up to date with any issues that arise big or small, the team are friendly and approachable and the tenants continually praise their professionalism and open and honest communication. I feel Ferndown Estates really excel at maintaing frequent contact via email and phonecalls, which in turn allows the tenant and I to feel we are in good hands!
