Matt Higgins was great throughout our buying process. Buying and selling houses is always stressful but it seemed like ours kept hitting hitches. Matt worked with our vendors and buyers to make sure the lines of communication were open and everyone was in the loop. Matt’s definitely a problem solver and kept a cool head.
