Country Holmes - Marple Bridge

Been dealing with this Agent recently and I must say they are one of the best Estate agents I have ever dealt with. Very professional easy to talk to and the whole process Streamlined. Originally spoke to Moira who was lovely and gives great service. I was passed to Tom who made everything straightforward and is extremely good at what he does. I would definitely use them again they are a breath of fresh air!

We’re moving from Sweden to the UK, throughout this process we tried several estate agents to try and get somewhere to live in place and was told repeatedly that it was too early or they couldn’t help. We then found Tom at Country Holmes - Tom has been truly amazing every step of the way, helping us to find the perfect place to live. Although we’ve likely been a lot to deal with moving country Tom & Country Holmes have been friendly, professional and a joy to deal with. If we could give more than five stars we would.

Great team and one individual shined through ....... We bought our new house through them and they have been fantastic throughout the process. Can not praise them high enough.

Tom at Country Homes Estate Agents did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was always friendly, quick to respond, and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made everything straightforward and stress-free. His professionalism, excellent communication, and helpful approach really stood out. I would highly recommend Tom and Country Homes Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent. Thank you for all your hard work!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Fine & Country Hove. The team was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the local market from start to finish. Most importantly, they achieved an amazing price for our flat—far exceeding our expectations. Look nowhere else if you want top-tier service and the best possible result for your property. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I recently purchased a property from Fine & Country/Sawyer & Co with Matthew Higgins as my estate agent. Matthew was very patient and helpful throughout. There were some external delays along the way (such as waiting for documents from the Council) and Matthew was relentless in helping to chase them down to ensure the solicitors got the information they needed for the sale to go through.

Excellent service and support throughout process from the team. Kept up to speed of progress at all times. Highly recommend.

Top rate service from Dominique and her team. I am so glad that I switched to F & C. Communication was excellent throughout. Dominique's experience and knowledge was invaluable. Every viewing was with a sound potential buyer, there were no time wasters. I received prompt, helpful feedback after every viewing. All of the team - Lara, Matt and Mitch were helpful and efficient. I have sold six properties over the years and this was definitely the best experience I have had with an estate agent. Highly recommended.

Brilliant estate agents I've come across: professional, informed and immediate response to any queries. I felt well taken care of particularly by Lara in the early stages. Dominique tied all the strands together easing the whole process. Highly reccommend.

Outstanding in every way. Within 24 hours Fine and Country has achieved the full asking price with a quick move in date. Would very highly recommend Kerry-Anne, Lara and team.
