We manage our properties to the best of our ability but sometimes there are things outside of our control that cause delays; in this case the builder’s refusal to honour your landlord’s warranty on their ventilation unit after months of us chasing on their behalf. A specialist repair for this issue is required and has been arranged with yourself as you know by the manufacturer. You chose a property without opening windows and also experienced some normal teething issues for a brand new property. We fiercely deny any claims of discrimination but also understand that these can be subjective so we apologise for any misunderstandings you have experienced. You chose a 12 month contract when 6 was also available and we have outlined your options when it comes to exiting your tenancy early.
