Really positive experience! Cannot fault! Love love loved my home and time at Adelphi Wharf!!!

I've lived in the Adelphi Wharf buidling for nearly 2 years and have LOVED my entire time here. There was a little bit of confusion about which apartment I asked for when I first moved in but this was rectified immediately and good, professional contact was maintained throughout the discrepancy. Tom Hubber was really helpful and friendly during my moving in process! Other than that small blip, I've absolutely loved it! The building itself is nice, my studio apartment was very modern and had everything I needed. I always felt safe and never once had issues with missing parcels as I have experienced at other places. I was consistently impressed by Sean Walsh's communication and help. Any queries I had were responded to within the day and even when there were small issues out of Qube Residentials control (Beko - broken washing machine), Sean did everything in his power to help and get the problem fixed. My neighbours were also lovely and the building was always so peaceful. I really loved my time at Adelphi Wharf and only moved on because of a change of job/location. I would definitely recommend choosing Qube Residential Lettings as an estate agent to help find your new home! A big thank you to the team.
