I've been working with Qube to help find student residents to live in our Private Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) buildings in Salford, Birmingham and Newcastle. As we were the first PBSA that Qube worked with, the team were so attentive in learning our new ways of working as our bookings, tenancies and offering does vary from that of a normal HMO scheme. Dave, Kim, Tom and the wider team have not only been fundamental in the success of our new properties that have opened in both Salford and Birmingham, but have supported myself and the true Student team in coming out of this crazy year in a positive and strong position. I look forward to see what our partnership brings for the next academic year of sales! A special mention to Tom Hubber - The feedback we have received from our new guests that have booked with us via his support and referral have only lovely things to tell. They claim that he was really informative, friendly and supportive. Helping our students place a booking with us. From my side of things, I've worked really closely with Tom and he's always on hand to assist me with any of my weird and wonderful requests.
