Its only when things start to wrong to you get to see the real side of your letting agent. I have renting this apartment for 2 years and had a couple of things go wrong.. things do.. its the nature of life. On every occasion I have had to contact Jordan Fishwick I have been dealt with quickly, with understanding and in a professional courteous manner. Emails are answered within hours with positive help and I have never felt I was not listened to or taken seriously. My property manager Faye is absolutely on the ball and such a breath of fresh air compared to the managers I have had from other letting agents.
