Our whole experience with Nicol and Co has been fantastic from start to finish and I recommend them to anyone looking to use their services . From the initial valuation, viewings and sale with Erica and Alexandra, through to Simon helping with the conveyancing, the experience was incredibly professional, friendly and assertive. Everything was explained very well and they found us a seller very promptly. However a special shout out has to be to Hannah Sheppard who was our Sales progressor. Our sale has not been the easiest but I cannot thank and praise Hannah enough. Not only have I never had to chase her once through the months this sale has been going on as she kept us updated at all times, Hannah used her skill and experience to get our sale over the line. Her patience tolerance level is certainly better than mine and she acted with nothing but the upmost professionalism as well as always being so friendly and positive.
