I have had 2 tenants, that’s used this agent to move to a new house, due to the sale of mine. Northwood’s have taken money and then left them with out a home. I would avoid at all costs, I am currently helping them find a new home. Ewan the director has show how poor the service is with a member of staff leaving because of how he acts (in her words “This office is shocking and not worth my time”)

Appalling

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish selling our property with them. Not once did they contact us proactively, we did all the chasing. Found us a 'quick, cash buyer' which turned out to be a slow buyer who required a mortgage, so essentially lied to us to make the sale. We are so glad to have finally completed and have these people out of our lives. The most stressful 10 months ever - steer clear of these cowboys.

Terrible

Worst estate agents ever. Would never use them again and would not recommend them. All they are bothered about is ripping tenants off.

I'm told that you need a

I'm told that you need a positive review however, the only positive thing I can say about Richard and his assistant is I was glad when I no longer had to deal with them. Richard lacked the social skills required to run a letting agency and allowed my property to deteriorate into a state then was rude and patronising when I tried to discuss it with him. They were slow to react when my tenant disappeared and then they sent me all my keys rather than one set so that I had to wait 3 weeks and chase Royal Mail repeatedly before I could enter the property. This is not the professionalism I would expect as a landlord. This then is topped up by the really poor landlord's insurance that Belvoir recommend which meant that they wouldn't pay you for loss of rent. You had to take the tenant to court. Direct Line is better than that.

Appalling customer service,

Appalling customer service, non-payment of rent owing and no updates on progress. A 'computer glitch' led to non-payment of the final months rent owing to us by our tenants, constant chasing by phone and e-mail has resulted in less than 20% of the money being paid over 3 months after it was due. Additionally the tenants claim that the annual property review that Belvoir happily confirmed that they completed, was actually done over the phone!
