Appalling customer service, non-payment of rent owing and no updates on progress. A 'computer glitch' led to non-payment of the final months rent owing to us by our tenants, constant chasing by phone and e-mail has resulted in less than 20% of the money being paid over 3 months after it was due. Additionally the tenants claim that the annual property review that Belvoir happily confirmed that they completed, was actually done over the phone!
