But I'd like to thank you and your team for all you support during the sale of my property August 2020, also for the hard work and personal touches you provided. Matt, you always remained friendly but professionally making my experience an easy journey. When Covid unfortunately set upon us you followed all correct policies and procedures. I choose Northwood to sell my property because a few years previously Ewan visited my home to value it as I was looking at selling up. Seeing the love I had for my home and that I didn't really want to sell at the time and it was just circumstances Ewan pointed me in the right direction, this showed an honest man, not a man who wanted to line his own pocket from a vulnerable single female, at the time. And he was right i did it! And I thank Ewan for that. Honest and

Barry and Winnie have been honest from the get go, ensuring me and my fiancé were housed in a safe and suitable location, ready for raising our little boy due later this year. As students we thought we would struggle, but instead have had an easy time thanks to Belvoir. The first property me and my fiancé saw was in a location that could’ve been troublesome as the neighbours unfortunately were a possible danger and inconsiderate. The property we are in however, is ideal, and we have lovely cats jumping into our garden instead of horrible dog shit being thrown over which was reported at the other address?. Hahah A much better reality thanks to Barry and Winnie letting us know of the situation swiftly. I totally recommend these agents to all, but especially younger people who are after their first property.

So, so impressed with all Winnie and Barry have done to help us move within 5 days from start to finish, they pulled out all the stops to get us moved in record time. Extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Since picking up the keys they have been at the end phone if we’ve needed anything. Returning

Having been out of the country for over 10 years and not being from the area I was struggling to find an agent who actually seemed to want to rent a property! Either the rental market is so buoyant in Cheshire that they don't have to put themselves out or they were just unprofessional. On asking colleagues I had been told Belvoir were not easy to deal with but all agents appeared to be in my opinion. However, Barry at Belvoir and the team were great, professional and helpful and made the whole experience easy. One call about the area and type of property I required, an explanation regarding my constraints with viewing times and it was booked, viewed, and reserved within days. As above being out of the country for so long meant we had no credit rating but again Barry had a work round for this and both I and my wife moved in last week with no hassles or problems.
