As a buyer, I found them reasonably reliable and professional, the property description accurate and realistically marketed on price, viewing appointments were met with no last minute cancellations. However, 15 minute viewings are inadequate IMHO and should be at least 30 mins if PH wishes to capture buyers, particularly on 1st viewings. Normal purchaser requests carried out... eventually! I found emails tended to be ignored, phone calls were the only way to make real progress quickly or alternatively agent's replies could be leveraged via the vendors solicitor.

I engaged Paul Hubbard to sell a property for me as I was executor for a will. They have been professional, courteous and helped me deal with all matters concerning the property.
