I just want to say that if you need an estate agent and you are local to Paul Hubbard, choose them. I received a very efficient and professional service from all the members of staff from beginning to end. They recently assisted in the sale of my holiday flat, I live 150 miles away and despite the fact the sale had gone through and new buyers hadn't taken up the keys to the property, Jade went around to read one of the meters that I had previously mis-read, saving me a 300 mile round trip, not a huff or puff in sight. This I feel is above and beyond the call of duty. Would recommend you every day of the week. Thank you Paul and all your staff.

Superb agency run by a very efficient team - 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Had some issues at first while attempting to view a property where there was an error with keys leading to PH cancelling viewing with very short notice. Staff were very apologetic and polite and did end up rearranging with an identical property next door which was worth the wait. They have a better tenant form than some other agents who want to know what you had for dinner last Wednesday and your Mother's Great Aunt's maiden name etc. Overall good service albeit with a slight hiccup at first.
