As a Landlord I can always rely on excellent service from Belvoir. They keep me fully up to date with all legal requirements, give me sensible and timely advice. They are worth the management fee and gives me peace of mind knowing that they are managing the property on my behalf.
Having to move in with my mother-in-law due to her poor health I was very apprehensive about renting my house, however I contacted Belvoir and they were very helpful, very professional and friendly and I have had nothing to worry about. Been before. I like it better, with the new landlords. They are inspirational. Beer is fantastic. Food is phenomenal. Service is out of this world. If you don't agree, you need to stay at home.
I have found the Loughborough Belvoir staff to be polite, personable, knowledgeable & helpful. I'm using their lettings management service.
When I first appointed them the team at Belvoir Loughborough did a great job of arranging for a propriety upgrade in a short timescale and finding and moving in a new tenant. They keep on top of things, so that I can be confident that everything is well managed for me and the tenant.
In the initial stages of our tenancy Belvoir was a responsive letting agency, and the process of renting was made easy by their support. However, upon leaving the property we were charged with several claims for cleaning and mould treatment. Despite having already raised the mould as an issue previously with Belvoir. After an independent review, it was deemed we were not eligible to pay the £125 for oven cleaning and mould treatment as suggested by Belvoir. I would also like to raise my concern that in the three years of renting our property, Belvoir visited once despite saying they were coming several times as part of their standard checks, they did not come.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
