Just bought a house on Mountsorrel Lane, Rothley , through Belvoir Loughborough. From the start Ellie Beale was very friendly and efficient. She kept me updated and was very helpful throughout the whole process. The other members of the team that I spoke to were also helpful and pleasant. Two particular guys that work there were fantastic (Elliott and Tom) - very helpful when I had to rearrange a viewing for a property and really accommodating. Tom, who showed us around the property, really put myself and my mother at ease and made it really easy to ask questions and not feel nervous. Very informal but in a professional way. Absoloutely fantastic - if I can, I'll use their services again and again!

I had an excellent experience with Belvoir Loughborough during all 3 stages of me renting a house: during the process before my moving in, while I was a tenant for 2 years (all problems were solved immediately), and during my moving out. I particularly appreciated that once they verified that I left the house in a really good condition at the end of my tenancy, they returned the full of my deposit without playing any tricks, which is not what I'd say for other landlords I had in the past. Therefore, I would recommend Belvoir Loughborough to anyone.
