In the initial stages of our tenancy Belvoir was a responsive letting agency, and the process of renting was made easy by their support. However, upon leaving the property we were charged with several claims for cleaning and mould treatment. Despite having already raised the mould as an issue previously with Belvoir. After an independent review, it was deemed we were not eligible to pay the £125 for oven cleaning and mould treatment as suggested by Belvoir. I would also like to raise my concern that in the three years of renting our property, Belvoir visited once despite saying they were coming several times as part of their standard checks, they did not come.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
