I have had a really positive experience with Belvoir Loughborough both as a Tennant and as a house purchaser. I can honestly say that Jacquie Stewart who was my liason point for my tenancy arrangements was extremely helpful and tended to any concerns I had in particular where repairs were required on the property. Carol Whipham was my liason point for the house purchase and was absolutely fantastic in terms of supporting both the vendors and myself when we hit some glitches which can often happen with house sales and purchasing. Carol was always on the end of the phone and extremely professional. Carol certainly always went the extra mile and I really appreciated her help, guidance and support. I actually miss our conversations now I have finally purchased the property. Who would have known that a property that I only came to live in for 6 months finally became my dream home. A huge thank you to Carol and the team at Belvoir.

I cannot recommend Belvoir sales and letting services to highly. In May Steven Richards helped me put up my sons flat up for sale ( my son lives abroad) his attention to detail was outstanding and he liased with both myself, my son and his tenant on a regular basis . Unfortunately brexit meant We had to abdon selling the flat and return to renting, Steven was more than happy to take on the task of letting the flat , finding me a tennant and leading me through the process dealing with both me and getting relevant paper work from my son abroad. Nothing was to difficult for Steven, no phone / email went unanswered. He quickly found us a good tennant and when this tennant moves on I will certainly use Belvoirs services again.

Belvoir Loughborough acted for me for a number of years as letting agent for my property in Loughborough, and also as sales agent when I decided to sell the property. Particularly when trying to sell my house, which was a very difficult process, they were very professional and responsive, always keeping me updated. They went out of their way to help resolve the issues I had with both mine and the buyer's solicitors and the local council.
