Trading Places are managing and renting our properties. Gary and Steve have made something that was very stressful seem very easy. They handled the takeovers efficiently and always have a prompt response on any queries from both ourselves and the tenants. Great customer relations. Would highly recommend them if looking for agent to manage your property. Service is so professional and friendly at all times.

Once again, Trading Places have done a fantastic job letting my property. The most important thing they do is that they listen to what people want, and then make it happen, which is more important to them than just doing a deal, which is what sets them aside from the bigger Estate Agents. They are a small, family concern, and they survive on their excellent reputation. They work equally for the Landlord and the Tenant by ensuring the property is fully legal and safe and by doing all the necessary background checks on the new tenant. Landlord and Tenant equally happy. I recommend without hesitation.

We had a difficult drawn out sale of our home due to lease issues, and Trading Places were professional and supportive throughout. Jennifer always had our interests in mind, kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get in touch with. We advertised the sale of our house through Trading Places, couldn't fault the service provided, everyone was professional and helpful throughout. Unfortunately we had to withdraw part way through the process and even then Jen was most understanding - marks out of 10? at least 12 we would say!
