Jen and her team truly went over and above. Our house was in the market for many months and they didn't lose faith. They basically managed it for us in this time as we are overseas, coordinating workmen etc for various calamities that befell us! We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend them.

We had a difficult drawn out sale of our home due to lease issues, and Trading Places were professional and supportive throughout. Jennifer always had our interests in mind, kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get in touch with. Her knowledge of the area and the property market were evident and she took the time to do most of the viewings herself.

I would definitely recommend using Trading Places if you plan on selling or buying a property. We bought our house through them and they were really helpful and surprisingly humane (it's a weird thing to say but most agencies aren't). They were really efficient and made the sale happen when our solicitors were being really useless and dragging their feet. We dealt with Steve Randall and Jennifer Butler there and they were both really helpful.

Once again, Trading Places have done a fantastic job letting my property. The most important thing they do is that they listen to what people want, and then make it happen, which is more important to them than just doing a deal, which is what sets them aside from the bigger Estate Agents. They are a small, family concern, and they survive on their excellent reputation. They work equally for the Landlord and the Tenant by ensuring the property is fully legal and safe and by doing all the necessary background checks on the new tenant. Landlord and Tenant equally happy. I recommend without hesitation.

Trading Places are managing and renting our properties. Gary and Steve have made something that was very stressful seem very easy. They handled the takeovers efficiently and always have a prompt response on any queries from both ourselves and the tenants. Great customer relations. Jennifer demonstrated thorough knowledge of the area and the type of house we were selling and therefore provided us with realistic prices of what we could achieve and what we need to do to get the selling price we wanted.
