I fail to understand the reviews given by many customers of The Trading Place. My experience with their employee was awful. Firstly the person dealing appeared to be bias and showed us properties which were unacceptable and when we pointed out certain properties he suggested those will be very expensive for us. I had dealt with firm before buying few properties for my nephew who is an investor.

Dear Mr Pathan, I’m sorry to read this review. The employee you refer to has been working with us approaching 10 years, and receives excellent feedback, so we were surprised to learn of your experience this time around. My understanding is you offered on a property at significantly below the asking price without viewing it, and on our recommendation subsequently arranged for a family member to view the property on your behalf. You then withdrew your offer because the property was too small, but then came back to us with an increased offer which you then withdrew again. You, or a member of your family acting on your behalf, also asked to view another property with us, which you decided was unsuitable. During the viewing my colleague pointed out some of the benefits this property had to offer, which is normal practice and expected by our seller clients. Had my colleague been the one to recommend the property to you in the first place I would understand your point of view; however, this wasn’t the case and if somebody asks to view a property they have seen online, we are not in the habit of saying no to this. As far as I can see these are the only two properties you have viewed with us recently. We wish you the best of luck finding a new home, and would be happy to show you any properties we have, which you feel meet your criteria. Kind regards, Jennifer, Gary and the Trading Places team
