Excellent speedy calm service

As recent sellers we cannot speak highly enough of Jen at Trading Places. We were very much leaning towards selling through another Estate Agent but on meeting Jen we were so impressed by her warmth and her professionalism and her no nonsense approach (if she was unsure of something she said so) that we changed our minds and went with Jen and Trading Places. We are very very happy that we did so. Jen responded quickly to the questions we had at various points and guided us throughout the whole process. Thank you Jen!

We recently sold our house through Trading places and had the best experience with Jennifer as our agent. We initially had a few valuations from different Leytonstone agents in the same area, and we even had one in mind to use that wasn't Trading Places. But when Jennifer came to value our property she shared our concern about the whole process including leaving our home and the area. She set us at ease and showed us the human element to the sale rather than it simply being a business transaction. A buyer was found very quickly after it was put on the market, and even though our own purchase fell through 3 times, Jennifer remained so patient with us and somehow kept our own buyer in the chain.
