We have been renting with Trading Places for almost a year and the experience couldn't be better. The service and the effort they put in making everything right is remarkable. Special mention to Kevin, our household manager, who managed, on a Saturday, to get the quickest fix for a boiler ever. We phoned him around 11AM, as our boiler had stopped working. By 4PM the handyman had come and fixed everything. I have been renting in London for years and I have never seen something like that. Very impresive if you ask me. Honestly, Kevin, you are a true star. So don't doubt to do business with them. Both landords and tenants end up happy.
