Jamie and Rosie have been so helpful in securing our new flat and tenancy. They've have always been very clear on the details and really quick to get back to us about our questions. They also both went out of their way to help us when the situation became very difficult due to problems with a previous landlord reference, helping us to overcome some issues and prevent problems with our new tenancy. UPDATE - the above was written 2.5 years ago at the start of our tenancy. We've just moved on but Trading Places were brilliant throughout and made the end of tenancy super easy. Deposit returned quickly too. I think the first letting agent I've ever liked!!
