From when I was preparing my house for rental to the tenants moving in, Jamie and Erlandas were a pleasure to deal with. They were straight forward, and always replied so quickly to my emails that it is obvious that they are on top of their job, not buried under a piling system. Usually I manage the house myself, but I was so impressed with Trading Places that I have handed that over to them as well.
