Our process was slightly complicated and required some extra paperwork, and Jamie always handled them very graciously and with diligence, always going above and beyond to help us. The house warming gift was also a lovely touch to what has been a purely positive experience. I would highly recommend Trading Places to anyone, especially Jamie Gordon.
