Recently let a flat from them and they were very good at all stages... Which by the standards of London lettings agents means they get about 6 stars out of 5 in my book! Always responsive and professional so far, and even worked out that we had slightly overpaid them and arranged a refund - overall a night and day difference between renting from them and using other agencies previously.
