From our first line contact through Kim we were handed on to the very superb Claudia Delapina , who was the most perfect facilitator of communication and service during our very quick process (considering Covid & a health scare!). The attention to transaction detail was superlative and the entire office works as a well-oiled machine at all times of the day. No matter who picks the phone up....messages get through promptly. The Stow Brothers team are very well trained and never seem to have to refer queries "up the line". This cannot happen by accident. Their training and management structure is well ordered and fluid. The overall experience for the vendor is perfect and more to the point, the deal that they gave us was the best in town. The advice that we were given regarding the asking price was spot on and through Claudia's perfect diplomatic skills between buyer and vendor we all achieved the desired result. I would always pick Stow Brothers for any East London Sale or Purchase. Simply superb!

The Stow Brothers really lived up to their reputation of being professional, friendly and non-sleazy estate agents. Despite not being aggressive and waiting patiently for you to choose them, they are there for their clients throughout and their communication is faultless. They understand property in Walthamstow and their team knows what will sell and generally how long it will take. Many other estate agents are looking for a quick buck and aren't concerned about either the buyer or seller. Stow Brothers take care of both extremely well, and don't make feel like you have to make rushed or snap decisions.

We've started a community garden in Blackhorse Road and Stow Brothers have been absolutely incredible in supporting us. They printed us flyers and posters and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
