Ours was a complicated case that involved an international move and some less straightforward logistics, but everything was handled professionally, honorably, and with really great service. (PS their inventory is literally the best in the area). The entire process was transparent, smooth, and even though we were dealing with (multiple) time zone differences, Jon found a way to pull everything together and make sure all parties were on the same page and aware of what was going every step of the way. Can’t recommend them enough.
