From an ongoing perspective Property manager Suela is great, she's so approachable, professional and helpful in resolving any issues. I also really appreciate how well she looks after the tenants as well. A delight to deal with.

I have recently bought a property through Stow Bros (team were Andrew, Peter and Paul) - each of them were so helpful. As a first time buyer the team really guided me through the process and were incredibly helpful in allowing me back to the property to take measurements etc. Andrew in particular was so very helpful! Hugely recommend this team. Your calls are never ignored and they do their best to get the best deal for both seller and buyer!

Stow Brothers sold my fathers flat for me in 2019 and that was a very easy and pleasant experience. Since then, they have managed the rental of another flat. Suela is always helpful and responds very quickly and efficiently when I email her. She reminds me of servicing dates for boilers, tenancy renewal etc and arranges these and repairs as needed. Contact with both myself and the clients are always positive and nothing seems like too much trouble. Would definitely use StowBrothers again if either renting or selling in the area.

Have just passed a year renting with Stow and couldn't be happier with the service property Manager Catherine has been providing. Always attentive and quick to sort problems and suggest solutions. Had a leaky tap due to general wear and tear and she was able to get contractors Gary and Brian booked ASAP who were both great. They fixed the problem super quick, even going as far as to pop out and purchase a brand new tap to ensure the job was done then and there within the time slot. Amazing!

After my annual condition report on the property which was the most detailed and comprehensive I have had since moving from a previous Agent. My new property Manager Hannah has corresponded with me in a timely efficient way to conclusion. Hannah's emails are both friendly and precise that builds trust with Landlords Its has been a good start with Stow bros

100% would recommend Stow Brothers. Having lived out of London for a couple of years we weren't really aware of what the market was like but everyone there was so helpful and gave us really useful insights & were great with getting in touch and sorted for viewings. Nathan was the agent for our flat and great service - but big shout-out to Jon for showing us loads of properties too! Everything we viewed with SB were great - they clearly dont just work with any landlords and provide a great service - when we moved in there was a slight issue but their maintence team were straight on it and resolved :) Would happily recommend them to tenants/ landlords/ buyers :)

We get a great service from Stow Brothers in Walthamstow, for our property management. Hanna our property manager is on the ball, responds to any request very quickly and she is always helpful and very friendly, I do not need to worry about any problem that needs sorting as it is always taken care of very professionally. Highly recommended.
