Communication, professionalism, personality, the whole experience since she joined was just an absolute joy. Highly recommended. The mark of a good estate agent is what they do when things don't go according to plan. SB did a great job of selling our house, then months later the chain collapsed. They were fabulous at supporting us and our buyer, and we were able to repair the chain and exchange. They moved quickly, communicated well, and were generally great to deal with.

The Stow Brothers team at E17 were fantastic dealing with my sale during a very busy SDLT holiday. They were really responsive and worked hard to get the job done. The process was well-managed and the whole experience was very pleasant.

We used Stow Brothers to both let out our house in Walthamstow, and then eventually sell it. Both teams have been professional and responsive throughout our dealings with them. Things got a little more complicated with a. Brexit and then b. a pandemic impacting on the sale but they were reassuring and helpful throughout.
