I was with the agency since 2017 as a tenant and had to move house recently. There were several property managers during my tenancy, but Suela really was a star to say the least. Communication, professionalism, personality, the whole experience since she joined was just an absolute joy. Especially a big thank you to her during the stage of moving out of the property (which is stressful enough) she was always there to support, never broke a sweat, calm, composed and nothing was too difficult or non-negotiable. They ran an excellent sales process. I was hugely impressed with the photographer/marketing material and the superb progressor team (thanks Claudia/Tiffany) that kept the transaction moving, dealt with any issues and made me feel like their only client. A great team from start to finish.

Highly recommended. The mark of a good estate agent is what they do when things don't go according to plan. SB did a great job of selling our house, then months later the chain collapsed. They were fabulous at supporting us and our buyer, and we were able to repair the chain and exchange. They moved quickly, communicated well, and were generally great to deal with.

The Stow Brothers team at E17 were fantastic dealing with my sale during a very busy SDLT holiday. They were really responsive and worked hard to get the job done. The process was well-managed and the whole experience was very pleasant.

We used Stow Brothers to both let out our house in Walthamstow, and then eventually sell it. Both teams have been professional and responsive throughout our dealings with them. Things got a little more complicated with a. Brexit and then b. a pandemic impacting on the sale but they were reassuring and helpful throughout. I wouldn't recommend any other agents in Walthamstow above Stow Brothers (and we used a couple). Particular thanks to Elena in Lettings and Will J in Sales for being so helpful and efficient. Stow Brothers were very professional from the initial valuation through to exchange of contracts. They seemed to know the area and provided a reasonable valuation which was exceeded when offers were made. Sammie and Kim were helpful and responded quickly to all my questions even though London was in lockdown during the period of my sale. I would recommend Stow Brothers.
