He in particular and the firm in general have been excellent: they have gone to great effort to rent out the property ASAP, and have always been responsive and look to anticipate issues on landlord and tenant sides before they happen. We successfully completed on a property sold by Stow Brothers in August 2022, after a very difficult, veeeery long eight months, in a horrendously fragile chain of 7. I genuinely believe we couldn't have done it without them. Specifically the tireless, dedicated work of Claudia, who entered superhuman mode in the final stages, spending whole days chasing up and down the chain. It thankfully and amazingly came together under 24 hours before completion. If luck wasn't the driving factor of that, it was Claudia. We sold our property through a different estate agent. If I did it again, I would also sell through Stow Brothers to make the process simpler. They consistently went above and beyond, and as melodramatic as it sounds, I will forever be grateful to them.
