Truly horrible management company. The lift in our building in Shoreditch has been out of service over three weeks, and the management company have only now sent someone over to check it. It is unclear how long it will still take to repair the lift, and their representative Dilara Kara has now gone on vacation rather than trying fix the problem. There are people having difficulty accessing their flats due to mobility issues, and the company is totally unresponsive. Dilara Kara has been a disaster. When my landlord wrote her to try to get her to fix the lift, she became defensive and insisted she was entitled to not answer for five business days. There is still no end in site, and my elderly father who has flown in from the US unable to visit us in our flat. The rest of the building is also poorly maintained. They will also not do other basic repairs. It is a nightmare trying to work with this company, and I suggest you avoid them if you can. I would give 0 stars if I could, and I suspect that some of the 5 star reviews are fake.
