I cannot thank Dilara Kara enough for her incredible support and guidance regarding a complex insurance claim issue at my block under her management. A few months ago, a water leak from the flat above occurred in my newly purchased apartment. Resolving the issue required communicating with multiple parties, including the upstairs landlord, the managing agent, the insurance company, and the builders. The communication went difficultly at the beginning. As a foreigner dealing with something like this in the UK for the first time, it felt overwhelming, stressful, frustrating and deeply anxious. It was Dilara who stepped in at the crucial moment to help me clarify the logic of how to handle the situation, protect my interests, and communicate alongside me with the relevant parties to steer everything toward a resolution. She saved me a tremendous amount of time and kept me from getting dragged into a bureaucratic nightmare. Dilara is exceptionally professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about the residents she manages. I feel truly fortunate to have met such an amazing Relationship Manager. Adam was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our viewing. He answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to look around the property without feeling rushed, and shared lots of useful information about the house, the development, and the local area. He also kindly drove us around Bishop’s Stortford to show us the schools and other key locations, and even recommended some local restaurants, which we tried and loved!
