What really makes the difference, though, is the people—and in our case, our property manager Jill has been outstanding. She is professional, approachable, and incredibly reliable. Jill communicates clearly and promptly, always keeping residents informed and making sure any issues are dealt with efficiently. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running as it should, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about both the property and the residents.
