Ian Barber and his team have been letting/managing my Manchester flat for several years. During that time their communications and actions have been impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend them as your agents to manage your BTL. Chris H - Landlord for 20yrs in Norwich, Manchester and Swindon.
Reply from Ringley Limited: Chris, your opinion as a seasoned landlord really matters to us. Landlord's have had a lot to deal with over recent years, regulations and all. We are happy to be looking after your investments and are here to not only serve you, but also to keep your tenants happy so they stay longer too.
