Overall I’ve had a good experience with this letting agency — viewing process and background checks are relatively smooth at the start of the tenancy and the house is well decorated. Monthly rent is a bit on the expensive side for what you get and we seem to have been unfortunate in dealing with a couple of problems with the house. We’ve had a few property managers since moving in (some more helpful than others) but our current property manager, Tiaan, has been amazing. He’s friendly, always super responsive, and resolves any house issues quickly and efficiently, which has really made a difference.
My property is quite nice, no hassle with bills included and quite flexible when it comes to the amount of time you need to stay. Really generous as well cause supplies (washing up liquid, TP, new pots and pans if we need) are provided. Property manager Tiaan is great, always makes sure things get sorted out soon. Even helped us fix the Netflix whilst he was on holiday.
Great experience with London shared. The process to vacate was really easy and they would always be very responsive in resolving issues relate to the house
