Overall I’ve had a good experience with this letting agency — viewing process and background checks are relatively smooth at the start of the tenancy and the house is well decorated. Monthly rent is a bit on the expensive side for what you get and we seem to have been unfortunate in dealing with a couple of problems with the house. We’ve had a few property managers since moving in (some more helpful than others) but our current property manager, Tiaan, has been amazing. He’s friendly, always super responsive, and resolves any house issues quickly and efficiently, which has really made a difference.

My property is quite nice, no hassle with bills included and quite flexible when it comes to the amount of time you need to stay. Really generous as well cause supplies (washing up liquid, TP, new pots and pans if we need) are provided. Property manager Tiaan is great, always makes sure things get sorted out soon. Even helped us fix the Netflix whilst he was on holiday.

Tiaan manages our property and he is always very quick and responsive. He is fast acting in trying to find solutions to any issues we have presented him with and I am very happy with the outcomes so far! There have been other issues out of Tiaan's control that have not always been handled in the best way.

I stayed at the Camden property of London Shared for 7 months. It is located at a very convenient location with amazing facilities and shared spaces. The management staff, especially Mr.Gareth Hansen, are really helpful and have provided me with support whenever required.

I'm a landlord who has a property with LS. I've had a reasonable relationship with them sometimes the communication gets difficult as I don't have a direct contact with the tenants and everything is done through LS. The latest property manager, Jan, has been excellent however, really working hard to maintain the balance between tenants, myself as the landlord and any contractors that have been instructed to work on the property. Overall I would recommend the experience.

I stayed in a London Shared house in Wandsworth for two years. Dane was a 10/10 property manager - super polite and very diligent. I was lucky with the housemates in general but you aren’t consulted on who comes in, which is risky. Further, we had a couple of occasions where our neighbour’s side was taken over the tenants - which is odd since we pay the bills. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d recommend it to any new Londoner.
