I currently rent a fantastic room, in an amazing house, with great housemates through London Shared. I am incredibly impressed with the way they run the business. So much so that I think this business should get an award for excellence in service design. Every touch point from the initial viewing request, application, contract signing through to my recent renewal of my lease was handled with the utmost professionalism and you can see that the whole team make a massive effort to provide great client/customer experience. London Shared i found the best company I had in London in my 8 years experience here. The properties are all nice , clean ,full of equipment , you never need to care of paying bills, sharing it with other flatmates.. The person I 'm always dealing is Liam Robertson. Found him really helpful, friendly and easy going, never need to wait him to answer your email, all information is clear and quick.He will always find the time to show the properties at the time you need. Really happy with him and all the team.

I have been with London Shared for a year and a half now and find them a pleasure to deal with. Moving to London can be a pretty daunting experience and I don't know how I could have gotten through the house hunting process without their help. The inclusion of bills to the monthly rent makes sharing so much easier and the fact that they put you in a house with like minded people of a similar age means that I have actually made some really great friends thanks to London Shared.
