My experience with London Shared was fine, however I am writing a review to highlight Jan Marx for his high level of communication and care. I appreciated his service.
REVIEW FOR 96 PARK HILL - CLAPHAM *UPDATE After experiencing various issues during the middle of my tenancy with London Shared, and expressing our frustrations, our new letting agent Donne has worked very hard to make amends. She has been incredibly responsive and she has a warm and calming presence which was very well received during the height the chaos! While there still remains some things to be fixed/completed for the house, we are all grateful for the open lines of communication and responsiveness from Donne regarding all matters. Although I will be leaving in a few months, I have enjoyed living at Park Hill for the most part and I have made some life-long friends here.

Property was great and super responsive to maintenance issues. Lize has been a wonderful property manager and has constantly been there to support any house issues we've had!
Good property, well organised company, good property management who sort out any issues you have very quickly. Wifi not great in top room.
Over the past three years I have had a mixed experience with London Shared especially with regard to the attentiveness of property management and the basic standard of maintenance at the rental property which I do not think was reflected in the monthly rental cost. However, in the final few months of my tenancy, Lize has been most diligent in resolving a number of outstanding issues quickly and efficiently, and is a credit to the business.
Very efficient at communicating issues and resolving problems. Saba particularly has been a good point of contact at London Shared.

For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
