As a person who just arrived to this country, London Shared was a place where I could find a group of young professionals such as myself to help me find the accomodations that I needed at the time. Have lived in a London Shared property for just over a year. I just went away for six weeks and returned to find the property had had a lovely spruce up over the summer, with new furniture, decorations and paint! Looking great, thanks to the team involved!

I currently live in a London Shared home. I recently moved to London from Australia for a job, I had 6 days to find an apartment and move in before starting work. I had been looking for 2 days when I came across my apartment advertised by London shared. I rang up and the guy I spoke to was EXTREMELY helpful offering to take me to see a a few different places they had that might have suited my needs. I decided to take my apartment but needed to move in ASAP. The office staff got all of my reference checks (even though it was difficult getting hold of Australian refences in the middle of the night) done in an afternoon and I got the keys the following day! Was wrapped and have had similar great experiences with them since. Very helpful when I call through and always send someone/ resolve the issue almost straight away when I have a problem. By far the best real estate company I have dealt with....Well done guys! and Thanks!

I needed to sort a place in London quickly earlier this year when a good job opportunity arose. London Shared made it easy to quickly head down, browse a few properties and sort out a deposit on a room all in one day, meaning I didn't have a last minute worry sorting a property out. For first timers in West London, these guys are ideal, well located properties, no worrying about separate bills, and very transparent about the fees they will be charging you unlike some of the more unscrupulous letting agents around. A great letting agent to use without worry whilst you find your feet adjusting to life in the big smoke!

Having lived in shared accomodation in my early twenties for private landlords it's been a far better experience this time round when I needed a room while waiting to buy a property. Highly recommend London Shared and the team including Tim, Kim, and Katherine who have been helpful, consistent and available throughout my stay. Examples including swift fixing of issues, fixtures etc as well as superb flexibility on moving in and out dates. For any professional who doesn't want to waste time with unkown quantities such as private landlords or sharing with owner-occupying landlords I would highly recommend going with London Shared. Truly decent bunch delivering a great service.

I'm a new comer to London, and spent three weeks looking for a house/flat to live in. It wasn't until I stumbled upon London Shared that I actually felt like I found I place I could live in. They were really understanding when I explained that I had just moved to the city and hadn't found a job or really anything yet. Carl was really friendly and the viewing for the home I currently live in was the first time I left a place with a smile on my face and happy. I took the room that day, and have been happy ever since I moved in. The staff in the office are really friendly, especially Catherine, I don't feel like I'm bothering them when I call/email them with questions. They even provided me with a desk when I asked for one. They are always on hand and helpful. I'm really excited to keep living here, having renewed my agreement because I was so satisfied! It's definitely an agency I'll be recommending to anyone looking for a a home to live in.
