My first contact with London Shared was yesterday. I got through to Gareth and was immediately so impressed by the kindness and professionalism. I wanted some information about where to start to help a family member a good place to live in London. Gareth was brilliant, he listened to my needs (and my waffling) and guided me to the right person in lettings to help me. Moreover he inspired confidence in London Sharing and following his excellent level of service, we followed through, my family member had a viewing first thing today, found a home, and the whole service so far has been amazingly good. It reinstates your faith in humanity when things go well and people really care and really want to help. I 100% recommend Gareth and the team at London Shared. Disclaimer - Review made in my first month here. I love the building and facilities. The people are great! Its new and there are clearly some tweaks/improvements which any new building would have. Gareth, the Property Manager, has been nice and responsive. No complaints!

Rented with London shared for almost two years. Also moved between 2 different properties, including transitioning the deposits from one account to another. Couldn’t fault them. Been with terrible agencies in the past but London Shared is the best one I’ve been with. Any problems I had in the houses I’ve lived in, Jan Marx (property manager) was at hand to support, immediately. Additional thanks to Ema and Charlie too for all their help. Nasima is a very friendly and helpful property manager. Always willing to help and get things sorted. She alwasy provides timely comms for maintenance, repairs etc.
