I am a serving Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police. I was recommended London Shared by a friend and it has been a fantastic choice living with other like minded professionals in South West London. My first point of contact has been my property manager Lize. Lize is professional, punctual, kind and will go above and beyond to meet tenants expectations. My London Shared experience has been made by Lize who takes her role very seriously coupled with the fact she is fantastic at communicating which has been crucial to me having such an intense work life. I have left the London Shared Property now, and I am already thinking about returning in the future. Huge thanks to Lize and her team.

We have just come to the end of almost 6 years renting our house out through LS. Has been a really good experience all round, and especially a big thanks to Saba Shamim who has helped us make sure the property is well managed throughout. Not only is Saba responsive and meticulous in helping resolving issues, she is also very innovative and flexible in her approach to problem solving which is a testament to her understanding of the needs of owners as well as tenants, and her ability at balancing both at the same time. If we are ever going to rent out a property in London a second time, we will definitely go to LS again!

I never write reviews but just absolutely had to for the specific reason that London shared feels like the fairy godmother I have always wanted but never had! No issue is too small and everything is dealt with quickly within a couple of hours, when I come from a background where I'd usually be okay waiting for things to be resolved within a couple of weeks. A special shout out to Adam and Amy for always taking the time to respond quickly and come out to help (even if it is to teach me how to turn the heating on, oops!!). I was so nervous doing the big London move and not knowing what agency to trust. I can safely say a couple weeks in and I have made the best decision to go with London Shared; your property manager calls you after you sign your contract to go through everything and you feel so safe and informed in their hands. Even their sales reps are great (shout out to Ema). Really happy with my choice and cannot recommend enough!

So far my experience with London shared has been very good. The house is in a good location and all the bills are included which saves a lot of hassle or disagreements with other flatmates. In general the house maintenance has been good, whenever I have had an issue so far I usually get a response very quickly and then the actual issue looked into in a reasonable time Lize van den Heever, the property manager I have dealt with so far, has been very helpful and has gone above and beyond with some queries that I have raised with her Overall London Shared is a good experience for young professions who want to live in nice shared accommodation in London

Renting with London Shared has been a very good experience (as good as can be for renting in London!). They have been very quick and helpful with any issues in the house and have been very helpful with the moving in/out process. My property manager, Lize, was very quick and helpful in particular. I would recommend London Shared - much better than dealing directly with landlords.

Just finished my tenancy with London Shared and it's been great but this review is more for one person in particular. Donne, my property manager, has been amazing. She's been so helpful throughout my whole tenancy and especially in the last few weeks before I moved out. She replies to emails almost immediately, is always able to help with any problems I'd had, super professional and is incredibly friendly in all our interactions. She made renting from London Shared a true pleasure!

Hi Jake, We are sorry to that there have been multiple issues at the property ad that there has been a delay in having them resolved. I have investigated the points you have raised and I can see that yes there was a slight delay on our side in having the issues addressed. - The dishwasher was re-attended to a few times with repairs carried out on each visit. We actually had 4 visits take place for this as necessary repairs were made on each visit. Full and final repairs have taken place and this should no longer be a problem. - The leak on the ground floor was repaired once it was first reported and we were waiting for the area to dry before the redecoration could take place. However the leak re-occurred due to a different issue recently and we have had the contractors confirm that it is a secondary issue and not the same as the first time. We will be having the necessary repairs carried out hopefully this week and the redecoration will take place once the area is dry. - Cupboard door hinges have been re-secured a couple of times by different contractors but over time they have happened to come away. We will be looking to have a permanent fix carried out for this shortly so it is no longer a problem. - Washing machine has been replaced at the property on 03/09/2021 - Mice infestation is something that we are only able to treat and re-attend for every 1-2 weeks as you can understand once the property has mice infestation it would take constant visits from us to place bait stations and block access holes to try and eliminate the infestation. The visits for the property has been continuous to help eliminate mice from the property. - The second floor shower I believe this is the holder that is broken and the shower is still in use. We have also re-visit for this a number of times. We will be ensuring a permanent fix for this is carried out hopefully by the end of this week. We do advise our tenants at the time of move-in that any issues that are reported will definitely be dealt with however there can be a slight delay as we have to liaise with the landlord as well as speaking to contractors for dates and investigating the issue before full repairs can be carried out. We do apologise for the delay and we will be ensuring that all matters are rectified with immediate action.
