I moved to London one week ago, in one room from LondonShared, founded on Spare Room. I love it! Located near King’s Cross but a bit on the side so it’s quite calm zone. The house has anyway a very good insulation so I hear nearly no noise from outside. The kitchen is big and beautiful and there is floor heating which is really amazing right now. There is also extra storage in the back of the house which turned out to be very helpful! My room is nice and cozy and luminous, my bed very comfortable. There is also beautiful patio outside which I look forward to enjoy in the summer. My flatmates are very nice, polite and respectful. It is a 6 people house and it doesn’t feel like it at all, it’s very quite. I really love it

Gareth @ London Shared has been very helpful with all the hassles of moving home and settling in my new flat in London. He replies literally in a few minutes and has always a solution!

Really great experience so far. Flat & flatmates are great. Building is very modern and expansive. Great open terraces. Gym is good but needs more equipment. Some elements of the building's security needs attention but overall very good environment. Building manager Harriet does a great job attending to the needs of those living here.
