Our property manager Shannon Sharrocks is brilliant! She’s reliable and professional. She’s attentive, is quick to respond and resolves matters quickly and efficiently whilst keeping the tenants updated throughout the process. Shannon goes above and beyond to ensure matters are done smoothly for the tenants. Having a great property managers makes all the difference when renting in London.

A great place for young professionals. I moved to London for a new job and needed to find a place quickly. They were efficient with the video tours and facilitating tours for me. It has great facilities & felt very safe and secure ! Great to have a gym and shop on the street and close enough to good bus and tube networks.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with London Shared so far! Moving into my first shared household about a month ago was a big step, but thanks to the incredible support from my house manager, Tiaan, the transition has been smooth and stress-free. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about shared housing, so I feel truly lucky to have someone as responsive, caring, and proactive as Tiaan. He’s always quick to respond and keeps in touch throughout the day, making sure everything runs smoothly. His care and support have made my stay here worry-free, and I genuinely appreciate it! ☺️ Suffice to say what a wonderful person!

Landlords We’re not an estate agency, but we are lettings experts. The basic model is simple enough: we lease a property from a landlord on a 3 to 5-year agreement, and then we rent out the rooms to working professionals. We do all the hard work so the landlord doesn't have to. Tenants For tenants, it's a new-and-improved "2.0" version of communal London living. For instance, all of our properties have flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, and we send a cleaner every week. For professionals wanting to make their mark in London, it takes away a lot of hassle to not have to sit around the kitchen table figuring out who owes what for the heating.
