My daughter has just finalised a letting agreement via Willow at London Shared. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, she was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the whole process as well as very patient. She made everything clear and straightforward, from viewings to signing the agreement, and she was always happy to answer any questions. She was very efficient and well organised, which made the whole process much less stressful. London Shared were genuinely some of the easiest agents to work with - everything was sorted on time with no extra hassle/complications and the entire process was smooth. For tenants, they are a really friendly/helpful agency to work with! Plus, their houses are well maintained! Devon was also very helpful and all matters were handled almost immediately and again, with no complications. Any questions I had were answered and if there were any issues with the house, it was handled very well. I was genuinely very happy and look forward to using London Shared again.

Maintenance, cleaning and service is at top quality. Tough prices are on higher end but everything else compensates for the same . Shay Forbes manages our apartment and his response to any issue is quick and effective. Thanks

Excellent - London Shared properties are very modern, clean and well kept. Communication with my building manager Shay was amazing.
