Later on Lauretta Caulfield helped us navigate the progress of the sale extremely diligently which led to a chain move happen in less than 3 months. Unheard of again. If there was an option for 7 stars, I would choose it. The best experience of selling and buying a property I've ever had. I've now sold two properties with Location and Location, and one purchase, and I keep recommending them to anyone who asks. It's almost like Location Location are operating in a different field from 'normal' level estate agents. Data driven at the front end: they tested the market with their extensive contacts book and found the right guide price. Anna Takou, leading the team, produced an incredibly pro video tour of the house, drone included(!!) which absolutely showed it in its best light. Anna then also judged the price point and demand so well for my main sale that we never even had to launch - I sold off market. The app platform to show you viewing activity, feedback, offers and so on, is fab. All the things you want to know in one place. UX is top drawer: the data and the use of tech is super modern and works like clockwork But ultimately, the reason this review is so glowing is the people. The team was led by Anna, ably supported by a range of the team including Tim and Ella, and then for implementation, Lauretta. Anna is the queen of strategy and of the psychology of extracting the best offers. Her skillset in dealing with buyers is absolutely unmatched. Phenomenal. She knows what they will think before they do! The support I then got through the ensuing process was first rate. Selling a house is always stressful. There were significant personal and background factors that made this a particularly tough one for me. The whole team, led on the sales progression by Lauretta, kept the pressure up where it was needed (which it really was). Anna provided an outlet for my rants when that was needed too! We had some major stumbling blocks that could have derailed the whole process, but with their agility and responsiveness, we kept it all together. The service from start to finish felt very personal, friendly and importantly, responsive to the market conditions. Peter provided excellent advice and support throughout the process of selling, while Tim and Ella kept me really well informed about each viewing.
