I used Location Location to sell my flat. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received from them. The team were professional and responsive overall, although I did have to chase them at various points. My only criticism is that I felt the marketing process was slow at the beginning and I worried that the team weren't promoting my property enough. However, viewings did pick up and the property did sell, which did restore my trust in them as a team. I am glad I used Location Location and feel they were the best estate agent to instruct, as they seem to have a monopoly in the area and are a small independent team who were clear, proactive and professional. I would recommend them.

I recently sold a property through Location Location and while it wasn't entirely smooth sailing, I would give 5 starts to Lauretta, the Director of Sales Progression who was really fantastic - she kept me up to date with progress (and reasons for delays), was extremely helpful in keeping other parties informed too and was also very reassuring and supportive at a really stressful time.

Lovely in person service and supportive follow up on contacting the seller and their solicitors for a number of queries. Some confusion with keys at the end of the process and during some negotiations but all in all Drew and Lauretta were helpful and we’re happy to be in our new home.

I’ve just exchanged contracts, ready to move into a flat bought through Location Location. Arranging viewings was easy to do and Lauretta has helped chase up enquiries and get things moving. As another review mentioned, it’s quite a long process with leasehold flats but we are now there and that is thanks to Lauretta! One star deducted as emails to some team members are sometimes not answered and one team member was incredibly hard to get hold of on the phone and did not always return calls once the offer I put in was accepted.

Anna was really helpful throughout the process, from personally sending me a flat she knew I'd love, to always making sure I was kept in the loop. The process was very slow due to a variety of factors, and Anna was always there to help it go more smoothly, and to try and hurry the solicitors along. She knew how important my purchase was to me and was really kind and supportive at a stressful time - thank you Anna!

The initial selling process was not quite as expected and we found it difficult to get in contact with the agents at times, considering the higher commission rate Location charge than some estate agents. However they did secure a sale and helped us to push it through in a difficult climate, and Lauretta in particular went above and beyond to make this happen.
