Location Location - Stoke Newington

I used location location for the sale of my flat and throughout the process they were efficient and professional, right from the word go. Some of their communications during the sale were a bit patchy at times but after we'd agreed a sale they were very on top of getting things closed out. I would recommend them heartily.

I've been renting a flat through this agency for six months and their service in that time has been nothing short of exemplary. The few issues that came up were addressed swiftly by property manager Will, who has been tremendously helpful throughout my tenancy.

As a landlord there is always so much to organise to make sure you are meeting regulations and at the same time meeting needs of your tenants. Working with Will and Anna made it all easy - professional, efficient, knowledgable, and anticipation any questions. All done with good humour. Thank you so much.

Adam & Location Location did a fantastic job. Having purchased a property (painlessly) through Location Location some years ago, it was a very easy decision to approach them as letting agents. I would happily recommend them to friends (and to the internet!).

I have found all the staff at Location Location to be extremely helpful and courteous. A big thank you in particular to Will who handles the management of my property, and Adam who found my new tenants. I'd definitely recommend their services.

I had the pleasure to meet Anna Takkou once and I have to say I m impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm as a Property Consultant . She inspires trust and, truly, the feeling she is there for you, the tenant, which I find quite unusual these days.Which is why when I needed advice on housing and legal matters outside her agency's or her personal interests, I turned to her and she was incredibly responsible and more than willing to help. Strongly recommend LocationLocation just because of her!

Excellent service and great communication. I've been renting with them for over a year and only had one maintenance "emergency", which property manager Will Thacker sorted out super quickly and efficiently. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Great estate agents! A big thank you to Peter and Lauretta at Location Location who provided a great service and were extremely helpful when I was selling my property. I'd definitely recommend Location Location to anyone looking for a property in or around Stoke Newington.

We're currently in the process of signing a new lease and have been working with Anna Takkou which has been an absolute pleasure. Anna has gone above and beyond to help us put together an offer. She has a great understanding of the landlords she's working with, the type of tenants they'd want and is equally aware of the tenants' needs. Also just a really great energy and ability to put you at ease, as well as a huge amount of knowledge she's picked up throughout her career.

Really good, personal service. Felt like the team were really invested in making our sale a success. A particular word of thanks to sales progressor Lauretta who's patience in dealing with our regular phone calls for updates as the process went back and forth between surveyors, lawyers and mortgage companys was highly appreciated. Selling a property is a stressful time and to have someone as calm, efficient and knowledgeable as Lauretta as our point of contact was of great comfort
